How do I cancel?

If you don’t want to continue, you can cancel your membership at any time. You'll need to log in, navigate to My Account/Dashboard, click Billing, click Change Plan, click Cancel. Once you've completed these steps, your online membership will be  cancelled, and you will not be charged in the future. After cancelling, you will be able to access Yogaventures Online until the last day of your billing cycle. What online memberships and passes do you offer?

We offer an assortments of online passes and memberships depending on how long you'd like to commit. You can view them here.

Does my membership automatically renew?

Yes, it automatically renews each billing period.

Are your classes pre-recorded?

Our classes are pre-recorded so we can fit in with your schedule.

Do your classes have music?

Most of our classes include licensed high-quality audio background music appropriate to the class style, so you don't have to go searching for playlists or worry about music tech issues.

Are there different class levels?

We offer classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced yogis. Use our filter function when searching classes to find the right level for you.

What do I need?

Just a yoga mat and your beautiful self! For some classes, we recommend additional yoga props (like yoga blocks). If you don't have them you can shop here or we offer alternatives to use around the home!

Can I get a refund if I cancel?

Please purchase carefully as we do not offer refunds/credits for change of mind or user error. When you join with a membership you pay and commit to that billing period. If you wish to cancel your membership before the end of your billing period you are of course able to, however no refund/credit will be provided for change of mind.

How do I support teachers?

Teachers are paid on a monthly-quarterly basis, earning money from each time you watch their content. You can also use their promo code when you sign up, and an additional portion of your membership payment will g directly towards the teachers.

What type of classes are available?

We are focused on bringing you the best Yoga and Mindfulness classes. As our platform grows, so will our class offering.

I forgot my password!

If you've forgotten your password, go to the Sign In page and click 'Forgot Password’ option under your email. You'll receive an email to reset your password (be sure to check your junk folder).

How do I change my password?

If you need to change your password, click the menu icon in the top right corner, then click dashboard, profile, type your current password, then type your new password, save changes.

How do I change my membership?

In order to change your online membership, you'll need to log in, navigate to My Account/Dashboard, click Billing, click Change Plan, click Cancel and then choose the plan you wish to activate.

We know it's frustrating when you're craving your next zen hit. We are here to help. 99% of the time the issue is resolved by following the below steps.

  • Check your Internet connection via a speed test and ensure you have a stable connection

  • Refresh or close the website

  • Try updating your browser to the latest version

  • Use Chrome over Safari where possible

  • Check that your cookies aren’t set to ‘blocked’ and clear your cache

Keep in mind that when you signed up for your free trial of Yogaventures Online, you agree to the terms and conditions, which specify that you'll be billed after your free trial ends (unless you cancel before the end of your free trial). These payments are recurring and continue until you cancel. You are welcome to cancel anytime.
